Built with the military in mind the Quiqlite Stealth offers the same capability you are familiar with from the Pro series, but in a more robust, aluminum casing designed to stand the rugged use you will subject it to. The white LED is used for normal reading and writing needs and the Red LED was added as a tactical light for those situations when your night vision needs to be kept in tact.
